MyMilestoneAwardTM codes will be delivered to Customer in a printable PDF file format within 2 business days from time of purchase.
MyMilestoneAward codes may be redeemed online at http://MyMilestoneAward.com (the website). The items available for redemption on http://MyMilestoneAward.com are subject to change and availability. MyMilestoneAward codes are not redeemable for cash, may not be returned, credited or exchanged, and will expire 24 months from date of purchase.
MyMilestoneAward does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, products, locations, or content of any current, former, or future product supplier of awards available for redemption on http://MyMilestoneAward.com. The list of available products when redeeming a MyMilestoneAward code may differ from those listed on the general website or any other promotional materials provided.
All redemptions on MyMilestoneAward.com must be for US residents using a US shipping address. MyMilestoneAward will not ship outside of the United States.
Orders and redemptions on MyMilestoneAward.com are subject to MyMilestoneAward Legal Disclaimers and Security and Privacy Policies. Redemption and balance information will only be shared with the recipient or owner of the MyMilestoneAward award code.
All offers to purchase MyMilestoneAward will be reviewed by MyMilestoneAward prior to acceptance.
Customers further acknowledge that all MyMilestoneAward purchases are made for use in a reward, loyalty or promotional program only. Once a MyMilestoneAward award code is transferred to a third party recipient by the Customer, the MyMilestoneAward award code is the property of the third party recipient.
Customer may not use MyMilestoneAward name or trademark, or the names or trademarks of MyMilestoneAward participating suppliers without MyMilestoneAward prior written consent. Customer will defend, indemnify and hold MyMilestoneAward harmless from any and all claims, damages, judgments and expenses resulting from such unauthorized use.
The property rights of MyMilestoneAward codes purchased hereunder shall be construed under the laws of the State of Texas, Dallas County, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws. MyMilestoneAward is a service of Whapps LLC. Whapps LLC is a Texas LLC with offices in Dallas, TX and Cincinnati, OH.
MyMilestoneAward reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion
Shipping Policy
Please allow 15 calendar days from date of order before reporting a lost shipment.
If recipient of MyMilestoneAward code receives an incorrect order when redeeming a MyMilestoneAward code, the Customer or holder of the award code must notify MyMilestoneAward within thirty (30) days of receipt of the order. Upon receipt of such notification, MyMilestoneAward will investigate and may require Customer or holder of the award code to complete an Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Shipment.
MyMilestoneAward in its sole discretion may cancel and replace any non-received shipment.
If MyMilestoneAward is not contacted within 30 days of the actual or expected date of receipt of an order, the order will be deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by Customer.
